We work closely with patients who are determined to quit smoking. We refer them to QuitelineNC (1-800-QUIT-NOW) .

We are proud to associate with Kids in Parks Program to encourage kids get outdoors to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The Kids in Parks program has established a network of trails designed to provide kids and families with fun outdoor activities. Through their TRACK Rx program, TotsnTeens is promoting this program and formally prescribing our patients to get active outdoors and reconnected to nature through this exciting program. Weight management and Obesity program:

We strongly encourage our parent to take proactive steps in managing their child's weight based issues. Based on our evaluation, we then recommend them to followup with WakeMed hospital based facility for weight management counseling .
